Processing Time

All of our products are handmade in small batches with care and intention. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, restocks, or handmade product drops, please allow a few extra days for your order to be prepared with love.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $7 for all orders under $70 within the United States.
Orders over $70 automatically qualify for free standard shipping — no code needed!

All packages include tracking information so you can follow your order from our hands to yours. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Local Pickup – South Raleigh, NC

We proudly offer free local pickup in South Raleigh, North Carolina!
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll reach out via email or text to arrange your pickup time and location. This is a great eco-friendly option to save on shipping and packaging.

We care deeply about the planet 🌎 — our products are packaged using eco-friendly, recyclable, or compostable materials whenever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle your packaging to help reduce waste and support sustainable living.

Shipping Delays

Once your order leaves our studio, it is in the care of the postal carrier. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or lost packages. If an issue arises, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or resolve the situation.
