3. Shipping & Local Pickup

  • We offer flat-rate shipping of $7 for orders under $75 and free shipping for orders over $75 within the U.S.

  • Local pickup is available in South Raleigh, NC. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll coordinate pickup details.

  • Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or product availability. We are not responsible for delays once packages leave our studio.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Since all products are handmade and small-batch, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues.

  • Returns or exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds, when approved, are issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
