Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to easily track your package on the carrier’s website. We proudly ship all orders with tracking for peace of mind and transparency.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional delays can occur during high-demand periods, weather issues, or carrier delays. Please check your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. If you’re ever concerned, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

If your order is past its expected delivery date, first check the tracking information for any updates or carrier delays. If there are no new updates or your package seems lost, please contact our customer care team so we can assist you right away.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery of your handmade products. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made since your order may already be in progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship within the United States only, but we’re working toward offering international shipping options in the future. Stay tuned by joining our newsletter or following us on social media for updates.
